I paid the fee but the translation process failed. I can't download it.

I use the tool to generate subtitles to a set of videos that will be used in a course for our SaaS platform. Every course has around 15-20 videos and every video must have subtitles in 4 different languages. It would be useful to generate translations in bulk (many languages for multiple videos) for videos already uploaded to the platform.

Hello, I need to translate video that have many languages on it? Can you help?

I can't convert a file that contains Hindi, Urdu, and English. A solution for that should be available.

Can you please look into having at least two languages appear as two subtitle lines? One language line on top of each other or side by side. Thank you.

I have a full library of 65 videos, each video needs to be translated/dubbed to 5 different languages, doing all of them one by one take ages to finish. I wish there was a way to process it in bulk. Maybe I can add some criteria before processing like: No more than 25 CPM. That would be amazing. I don't use the API, i use the regular Saas product, i need that feature without API.
