Hi, I have several files in my account that have been stuck at "0% Transcribing" or "Processing" for hours without any progress, yet credits were charged for them. I no longer need these files and would like to delete them, but the platform won't let me do so. Could you please refund the credits for these files and remove them from my account? Thank you
